To make an appointment please call the surgery at 8:30 to have a telephone triage with the GP, nurses appointments are pre bookable.

We operate a telephone triage system where your need for a face to face appointment will be assessed. This enables us to deal with more that 90% of the requests we receive on the day.

Please let us know in advance if you cannot keep an appointment and please make separate appointments for each family member who needs to be seen.

Please make sure that we have up to date telephone numbers for you as we will send out texts to confirm and remind you of appointments.

If the surgery is fully booked and you need to be seen on the day for an urgent illness we will make you an emergency appointment, please make sure that you call before 09:00. You will be invited to come in and wait for a gap.

Failure To Attend An Appointment

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please phone to cancel as early as possible. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, you might not be seen on the day, or you will be asked to wait till the end of the surgery to be seen.

This is to avoid unnecessary delay and distress to patients who arrive on time for their allocated appointments.
